Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Framedeo, a product of Nzoni Apps LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By creating an account or using the studio you agree to them.

The service

Framedeo helps you generate, edit, and export motion films from product websites and brand assets. Features depend on the plan attached to your account. New accounts start without a paid plan (plan 0) until you choose one.

Your content

You keep the rights to websites, logos, screenshots, scripts, and audio you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and render that material so the product can work. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you bring into a project, including music.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email and keep the account secure. You may sign in with email and password or with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Framedeo to infringe rights, to break the law, or to attack the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in US dollars for the period shown on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change plan prices with notice before the next renewal.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. Generated films still need your review. We do not warrant that a generation will finish, that an export will match a particular brief, or that the studio will be uninterrupted.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nzoni Apps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to sue where you live.
