Framedeo is operated by Nzoni Apps LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use framedeo.com and the studio, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We collect the account details you give us (name, email, password or Google account), project files you upload (websites you point us at, logos, screenshots, audio), and the films and edits those files become. We also collect ordinary technical logs: IP address, browser, and when you signed in.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, generate and store projects, render exports, bill a paid plan if you choose one, prevent abuse, and reply when you write to us. We do not sell your project files or your contact list.

Processors

Infrastructure we use to operate Framedeo (hosting, object storage, authentication providers such as Google, and rendering) may process data on our instructions. Those processors only see what they need to perform that work.

Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is open. You can delete a project in the studio. You can ask us to delete the account itself by writing to support.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Send those requests to us and we will respond.
